Zippity Account Executive Sales Role

We are looking for a driven sales person to join Zippity at an exciting moment in our company history. Last year, we released the first ever mobile service operating system for automotive companies and have launched it nationwide across multiple market segments: mobile tire services, mobile detailing, mobile repair, mobile dent, and mobile windshield replacement markets. We’ve had an outstanding Q1 and are looking further accelerate our growth.

The person we are looking for is internally motivated, believes in their abilities, and is looking for the career opportunity to join a fast growing company. The ideal candidate is a multi-tool player, who can own the entire sales process - from outbound calls to deal closing. This role offers career growth, strong financial compensation, and the opportunity to have an outsized impact on a small team. 

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Account Executive Requirements:

  • At least three years doing B2B SaaS sales
  • Previous start-up experience preferred. 
  • Comfort with modern technology tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets,, Hubspot, etc...
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Creativity and adaptability to close deals.
